By using Verdict, you agree to these terms.
What Verdict Provides
Verdict provides stock intelligence, watchlists, market summaries, dividend information, news, earnings information, and model-generated BUY, HOLD, and SELL research signals.
No Trading or Brokerage
Verdict is not a broker-dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or trading platform. Verdict does not place trades, custody assets, or manage investment accounts.
Launch Access
All version 1.0 MVP features are included free at launch. If Verdict offers paid features later, purchase terms and pricing will be disclosed before purchase and billing will be handled through Apple.
Acceptable Use
You may not scrape or disrupt the service, extract provider credentials, misuse the app, or use Verdict to violate laws or third-party rights.
Data and Availability
Market data, news, and model output may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Features and providers may change as the service evolves.
